Construction & Design
This table-top refrigerated micro centrifuge controls temperature from room temperature down to -8°C using a PID electronic digital temperature controller cum indicator. A microprocessor-based digital timer (range 0-15 minutes) with LCD display is paired with preset, microprocessor-controlled speed settings from 2,000 to 16,000 r.p.m. The digital display shows set time, run time and R.P.M. It is built with a stainless steel bowl, 9 inches in diameter, and is supplied complete with angle rotor heads to accommodate polypropylene micro centrifuge tubes.
