The Sling Psychrometer (SKU JL-LEP-10378) is a hand-held instrument with two red spirit thermometers, one fitted with a wet-bulb wick, used to measure relative humidity. Whirling the sling psychrometer cools the wet bulb by evaporation, and the built-in slide rule converts the dry-bulb and wet-bulb readings to relative humidity.
