UJT Characteristics Apparatus

The UJT Characteristics Apparatus (SKU JA-SCD-1088) is used to plot the V-I characteristics of a unijunction transistor, including its negative-resistance region, and to measure its interbase resistance. A UJT type 2N2646 is mounted on the panel. Two regulated DC supplies, 0-10 V at 30 mA and 0-1 V, and three round meters are built in, with terminal connections for the supplies and meters.
