The Glass Tubing Long (SKU JL-LEP-10267) is used to connect glassware assemblies and to demonstrate Graham’s law of effusion. It is a long, slender, hollow tube of clear, bubble-free soda lime glass, 6 mm in outside diameter (±0.15 mm) and 1498 to 1500 mm long. Cut to length, the glass tubing 6 mm diameter passes through bored stoppers to make delivery tubes for gas collection and connections in distillation and pressure set-ups.
